Reporting bugs and issues into Wrike - without leaving your site has never been easier.

Today we're excited to announce our brand new Wrike integration with Marker.io. Wether you need to streamline your internal QA testing sessions, or collect feedback from your Clients directly in Wrike, this integration is for you!

    đź’» Install widget on website

Log any issues directly into Wrike projects without leaving your website. Let your team members or client use the Marker.io website widget, whether you installed it through snippet ode or extension.

đź’ˇTip: You can customize the look and feel of your widget and set the visibility to only make it appear for you and your clients.

    📸 Capture & annotate screenshots

Your reporters can capture and annotate directly on the website. Draw, write and highlight with our tool. No more switching to Photoshop or MS Paint.

    đź“ť Customize your widget form

All forms inside the Marker.io widget are pulled in from your Wrike projects. Any changes you make in Wrike you be reflected in Marker.io. However you enable or disable the fields in a couple of clicks

You can also set a different form for your internal team members and for your clients (we call them Guests).

    🤓 Developer-ready bug reports

All bug reports created inside Wrike via Marker.io will include key developer-friendly data like a clear annotated screenshot, the Page URL, the Browser & OS versions, Console errors & logs and more.

đź’¬ Keep clients in the loop

Say goodbye to endless email chains with your clients. You can use Marker.io as a communication channel between your team in Wrike and your external project stakeholders who do not have access to Wrike with the Guest commenting feature.

It's as easy as sending a WhatsApp message, and all communication will be logged inside each Wrike tasks

How do I activate this integration?

    1. To get started, connect your Wrike account to your Marker.io account, inside your Marker.io dashboard.
    2. Next, add a destination (a Wrike Project of Folder) and install the widget on your site. You can install the widget through our secure code snippet or though our handy browser extension.
    3. Start reporting with the Marker.io button. All new feedback will now land into your chosen Wrike destination!
